Birlon Harvest Coffee Roaster is almost here, a micro-roastery rooted in Inkster, Michigan, built on connection, culture, and care. 

We roast ethically sourced, single-origin beans on all-electric machines for fresh, small-batch coffee with a low carbon footprint and a whole lot of soul.

We sourced coffee beans from the highlands of Chiapas to the soils of Guatemala, forests of Ethiopia, and rugged hills of Sumatra and Peru — each roast honors its origin and the farmers behind it.

We believe in sustainability, education, and the joy of brewing with intention. Whether it’s your first cup or a nightcap, Birlon Harvest is designed to meet you where you are.
